How It Works

The Navigate Merch Shop operates on an exclusive drop model—meaning we only offer merchandise during limited-time windows. Here’s what to expect:

Browse & Place Your Order

During each merch drop, you’ll have a set window (usually one week) to place your order through our store. Everything is made to order—nothing is held in stock.

Ordering Window Closes

Once the drop window ends, we’ll compile all orders and submit them for production. This ensures we can offer limited, high-quality runs without overstock.

Production Begins

Orders are produced in a single run following the close of the drop. This process may take a couple of weeks depending on item type and volume.

We’ll Reach Out

We’ll contact you directly to coordinate payment and shipping and/or delivery!

This model keeps our gear fresh, avoids waste, and helps us deliver premium merch you’ll actually want to wear!
